Are you tired of the highly partisan use of the Internet in politics? Do you have a vision for something different that brings people and communities together rather than simply tearing politicians apart?
I’ll (Steven Clift) be in Boston for a number of conferences from Thursday, February 22 through Saturday, February 24. Let me know – clift@publicus.net – you’ll be around and feel free to suggest a time that we connect at any of these events. I am particularly interested in connecting with those interested in launching an online Issues Forum for their local community.

Special thanks go out the the Leadership for a Networked World Program at Harvard for hosting this free ane open the public event.
- Thursday, February 22 – Thursday Meeting at Berkman Blogs – 7:00 p.m. – I’ll be sitting in with Andy Carvin and look forward to meeting some of the world’s most interesting collection of bloggers making a difference.
- Friday, February 23 – Social Media Track – Case Study: The 2008 Presidential Election at the Public Media 2007 Conference of the Integrated Media Association Conference – I’ll be sharing highlights from our 2006 Minnesota 2006 Gubernatorial E-Debate and speculating on the proposed U.S. Presidential E-Debate (pre-primary) with web-oriented folks primarily from the public broadcasting community.
